Our wonderful staff are supported on an ongoing basis with regular staff training and personal development.

Collaborative curriculum

Hermit Park State School works with other schools in our local community and across the state to develop highly effective instructional practices.

As a Microsoft World Mentor School we also collaborate with partner schools globally in an effort to shape future curriculum framework regarding effective use of technology in schools with a view to improved student performance.

Evidence based decision-making
Hermit Park utilises school performance data to track student learning. Our improvement strategies and targets enable us to monitor students and the school's performance overall as outlined n our Annual Implementation Plan.
